Pre-emptive Strike of Penmanship

I was forwarded a request from Greenpeace by my first Reiki Master, Marianne Rink (the former Seceretary of the Reiki Network), seeking the support of the global Reiki Community in endorsing and distributing a pre-emptive petition to dissuade European collaboration in potentially impending nuclear assault on Iran.

True to the Spirits of Deceit and Hypocrisy, the world's first and second most militarily armed nations, the United States of America and Israel (equipped to the hilt with an enormous arsenal of chemical and nuclear weapons of mass destruction), are launching progressive threats to the nuclear power program of Iran that are most likely to lead to yet another pre-emptive military strike as a deliberate means of both elongating the presidential office of George W. Bush II and the Bush Administration beyond their constitutional limit of two consecutive terms through the "Emergency Threat to the Nation" loophole and of progressing towards US Military, Bavarian Illuminati and Neo-Nazi Fourth Reich aims of surrounding and ensnaring China in a a campaign of Total Space Domination.

Iran's response to the hypocrisy and outright aggression of the United States of America and Israel in regards to it's nuclear power program has eventuated to the point of declaring high threshold military retalliation if such aggressions proceed.

The US and Israel interpret that this infers nuclaer response from Iran and thus would argue that another "forced" pre-emptive strike is necessary.

Nuclear strikes on Iran by US Forces would most likely be launched from foreign US/NATO bases in Europe that stockpile 480 US B61 tactical nuclear weapons at the ready and in close range to avoid incursion of Chinese Airspace and immediately subsequent Chinese missile response.

Whilst the Lightships of Sirius, Pleiades and Archturus would make extreme efforts to intervene and minimize nuclear assault, the responsibility of nuclear aversion is upon the peoples and nations of Earth.

Greenpeace is providing an online petition campaign to persuade the Defense Ministers of Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Netherlands and Turkey to disallow US Forces and US nuclear weaponry from European nations, thereby disassociating Europe from the US led aggression and opening the ground for peaceful diplomatic efforts to make the Middle East and the whole world a nuclear free zone.

I ask you all to endorse this petition and distribute this request from Greenpeace to all your associates and peers.

Part of the work of the Tora Or Project is the inclusion of Nuclaer Power Plants as targets for healing and the integration of worldwide University Curricula with the curricula of the Higher Universities of Sirius, Pleiades and Archturus in our regular TOP Emissions.

Hence, further to endorsement and distribution of this petition, the regular performance of TOP Emissions according to the Instructions for Performing TOP Emissions will prove to be one's ultimate act of eliminating fossil and nuclear fuel and introducing Zero Point Energy Technologies.

"Hello, I'm Donna Mattfield, a peace and disarmament campaigner with Greenpeace International in Amsterdam. I'm writing to you to ask for your help in creating a pre-emptive peace strike. You may have read in the news recently about revelations that the United States is considering plans for a nuclear strike on Iran. I know I'm not alone in thinking this is an insane way to tell a country that it's wrong to develop nuclear weapons.

And where would these weapons come from? The type of weapons the US are including in their plans could be among those stored in Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Turkey and the UK.

Join me in asking for a simple assurance from the NATO countries which host American nuclear weapons that they'll not endorse or cooperate with a pre-emptive nuclear strike on Iran.

When I first heard that the US still maintains 480 nuclear weapons in NATO bases in Europe I was shocked. I find it hard to comprehend that in 2006, 16 years after the cold war ended, those of us who live here are still sitting on such a dangerous legacy.

The Bush Administration can't treat Europe as a convenient parking lot for its destructive missiles. The situation in Iran brings home a very scary fact: the Bush administration could implicate independent European nations in a war that shuns diplomatic solutions and invites retaliation, with or without the consent of the countries that host those nuclear weapons.

It doesn't have to be like this. Join our campaign to eliminate the threat altogether by calling for the US to take back and dismantle its nuclear weapons from Europe and Turkey altogether, and to begin the work of creating a nuclear free zone in the Middle East. The choice is simple: a world in which everybody is threatened by nuclear weapons, or nobody is. I know which world I want to live in.
